While we engineer our tools for safety, we cannot promise that the app will catalog every hidden file block or maintain total freedom from runtime exceptions. You are strictly responsible for checking the target files before authorizing a cleanup cycle.

5. Boundaries of Actionable Liability

To the absolute limit authorized under prevailing legislation, JunkPile Cleaner and its development entities will not be held responsible for accidental storage loss, device performance deterioration, or indirect system damages resulting from your utilization or misuse of the app interface.

6. Termination of Agreement

This compact stays in active force until terminated by either party. You may break this contract at your discretion by deleting the app. We reserve the absolute right to terminate your usage privileges immediately if you violate any clause within this EULA.
